RS - It's dangerous to go alone

Wanted to design a Desert Forme for Strife since he's keeping a veeeery close eye on his soldiers for Mission 2~
He's gonna pop up all randomly from time to time to see how it goes. And when he does you can hand in your tasks for completion. A task isn't complete until Strife has accepted it after all.
